Nick is an accredited British Eventing trainer and has gained vast experience from training his
own horses through the levels and currently competes at major 3 day events such as Badminton &
Burghley. Nick has been very popular and the winter sessions were again well supported
throughout. Nick has been described as patient with riders and has a number of ideas to help
educate both horse and rider to give them confidence at all levels.
Jumping club nights with Nick cost only £12.50 per rider, these are subsidised by the Riding Club
(£17.50 for non-members). Sessions can start from around 4pm, sessions are 1 hour long, with 4
riders per session, (or 45 mins with 3 riders). We try and match people in the best-suited groups
usually catering from trotting poles/cross to open groups. Please give useful information below
and it is helpful if you can be flexible with what time you can do.
Venue: Wimbish Hall, Wimbish (CB10 2XG). Jumping clinics will be on a 30 x 50 metres
surfaced arena, it was built last year and has now settled well. Directions: From Saffron Walden
on B1053 turn right to Wimbish (Maple Lane). Off this road take the right turn signed ‘Wimbish
Church’ just past some red brick cottages on your right hand side.
Booking forms and cheques must arrive by the Saturday prior to each session. Full refunds
will be given up to this date; refunds after this date will only be made if your place is filled. We
always do our best to fill places but please let us know as soon as you realise you cannot do it. If
you do not turn up without a good reason you may be liable to pay your contribution of arena
charges.
