The SWDRC has four x-country competitions
in 2006 with each course being quite unique
to its geographical location.
A points system operates throughout the
year with a points trophy being awarded
at the AGM to the junior and senior SWDRC
member and horse/pony combination with the
most points at the end of the season. Points
are only awarded once membership has been
paid.
SWDRC x-country points are allocated
as follows:
Individual classes:
1st - 6pts, 2nd - 5pts, 3rd
- 4pts, 4th - 3pts, 5th -
2pts, 6th - 1pt
Pairs classes (for each member of the
pair):
1st - 3pts, 2nd - 2½
pts, 3rd - 2pts, 4th - 1½pts,
5th - 1pt, 6th - ½pt
